Shipping Policy

Products may be purchased via our website by completing an online order form. Charges for shipping, handling, and applicable taxes are displayed before order submission.

Delivery:

  • Products are shipped by Reliant Supply or directly from the manufacturer via authorized carriers.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes.

  • Delivery times may vary based on availability.

  • Partial shipments may occur and will be billed separately.

Delays & Substitutions:

  • We will notify you if products are delayed or out of stock and may substitute comparable items when necessary. You may refuse substituted products by following the return policy.

Tracking:
Tracking numbers are provided once your order is processed and shipped.

Installation:
It is the customer’s responsibility to prepare the installation site and handle labor for product setup.
