Rick DeStefane is the Executive Chairman and Principal of Reliant Supply Group and a visionary leader in healthcare and business development. As the owner and President of Reliant Care Group, LLC, Rick oversees a diverse portfolio of 24 long-term care nursing facilities across Missouri, providing care to approximately 3,000 residents and employing over 4,000 people. His leadership extends across multiple sectors, with Reliant Care Group also managing a long-term care management company, in-home services, therapy services, supply management, finance, an institutional pharmacy (serving 7,000 beds), an aircraft management company, and a real estate holding company with over 20 properties.

Beyond healthcare, Rick’s entrepreneurial reach is expansive. As President of Reliant Care Group II, LLC, he leads ventures including a preowned classic car company, an employee loan company, multiple fitness and kickboxing centers, an internet business brokerage, restaurants, and a software services company. He also owns The Hannibal Hoots summer collegiate baseball team, a real estate development company in St. Louis with 14 properties, and a property management company.

Rick holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Political Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he also earned his MBA with a specialization in Accounting. A certified public accountant since 1984, Rick has built his career through strategic growth and hands-on leadership. He began acquiring and launching healthcare businesses in 1990 and became a licensed Missouri Nursing Home Administrator in 1991. He is also a licensed real estate securities representative and a pilot.

Rick’s commitment to the healthcare industry is well recognized. He has served as President of the Missouri Health Care Association since 2015, Co-Chairman of the Board for St. Alexius Hospital (previously Chairman from 2005–2012), and as Co-Founder, Board Member, and Shareholder of The Business Bank of St. Louis. He is also a Board Member of the Northeast Missouri Economic Development Commission and has been a longstanding member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
