Refund & Return Policy

All product return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items that have come into direct contact with the human body are not eligible for return due to safety and health regulations.

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect all packages for damage.

  • If damage is visible, you may refuse the shipment.

  • If damage is confirmed upon return, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

  • If no damage is found, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and/or restocking fees.

Important:

  • Report any documented damage immediately to both the shipping/freight company and Reliant Supply.

  • If you accept damaged merchandise, it is your responsibility to file damage claims with the shipping/freight company. Reliant Supply is not liable once the product has been accepted.

General Returns:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Reliant Supply delivered an incorrect product.

  • If an incorrect product is delivered, Reliant Supply will arrange free return shipping and send a replacement at no additional shipping charge.

  • Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, email orders@reliantsupply.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must include the RAN, your name, address, and order number with your return.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  • Packages without a RAN will be refused and returned to sender.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days prior to return request

  • Hazardous materials

  • Specials, custom orders, or sale items

  • Used, refurbished, or demo medical equipment (without prior written permission)

  • Products damaged during customer use or in return transit

  • Unsalable units or broken packaging

  • Items prohibited by law (especially under pharmaceutical laws)

  • Items with less than 3 months shelf life remaining

  • Personal-use medical products (e.g., pillows, diapers, braces, splints, cushions)

Processing:
Credit is issued once returned items are received, inspected, and processed—usually within 30 days. Items returned with missing components will incur a deduction for the missing parts.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders canceled after processing are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • A full refund is available if the order has not yet been processed.

Defective Products:
Defective medical products will be exchanged for the same product type.

Shipping Returns:
Customers are responsible for shipments made to us. We strongly recommend using reputable carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) with full insurance and tracking. Some returns may need to be sent directly to the manufacturer; please contact us for specific instructions.


Payment Terms

Default on payment by any method (check, credit card, or other accepted forms) will accrue interest at 2.5% per month on the outstanding balance. All collection costs—including legal fees, travel, and accommodations—are the responsibility of the customer.
