Matthew Ales

President & Owner

Matthew Ales joined RSG with more than 20 years of experience in business development. Ales serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer, where he is responsible for cross-market business growth and providing customized solutions for customers as well as relationships with global manufacturers.

Prior to RSG, Ales led multiple national business development teams and gained vast experience working within the senior living and healthcare industries. Ales earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communication from Liberty University. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance and Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Oakland Community College. Matt spends his free time with his wife Heather of 18 years and his three sons Gavin, Elliot and Spencer.
