VP of Administration
Francesca DeStefane helped found Reliant Supply Group after a career in Healthcare Management. A St. Louis-native, she graduated from Lindenwood University with a B.A. in Journalism and Communication in 2015. She earned her MBA in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management in 2017 from Lindenwood University. While earning her masters, she developed a scholarship program that allowed her to travel throughout the U.S., providing scholarships to underprivileged students – predominantly on the Texas/Mexico border. Her international business background has led her to the Middle East, Venezuela, and Honduras.
Starting her healthcare career at Reliant Care Management in 2017, she worked as an Administrator in Training. She was quickly promoted to Customer Service Consultant, connecting with the community and public administrators throughout the state to find correct placement for psych residents. Shortly after, Francesca was promoted to VP of Administration, overseeing 24 facilities across the state of Missouri.
Francesca and her husband, Nick, oversee 6 companies alongside Nick’s father, Rick. In 2021, they founded Reliant Supply Group with the goal of providing high quality products to their Reliant Care Management facilities and many others across the globe. Together, Francesca and Nick live in St. Louis with their one-year-old daughter, Sophia.
