Becca Leaf

VP of Business Development

Becca joined Reliant Supply Group in 2021 as the Vice President of Business Development. Her background is in the financial services and healthcare industries. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014 with a B.A. in Public Relations.

Becca started her career as a project and program manager at Capital One in Richmond and San Francisco, supporting deposit operations and small businesses with creative technology solutions.

Following her passion for health and nutrition education, she accepted a role in healthcare as the Director of Business Development at HHS, a non-clinical support services provider, in 2019. In this role, she generated leads that acquired, on average, $1.8 million dollars in annual sales. It was during this time that she returned to school at night to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2020. Upon completion of this certification, she spearheaded the development of HHS’ new wellness program, Simply Well, which gives nutrition education and improved access to healthier food options in hospital cafes. Becca formed her own LLC, Turned Leaf Nutrition, in 2020, where she works with clients to determine their bio-individual nutrition needs. In 2021 she also helped found a wellness company, More Than Health, that serves as a one-stop-shop for all preventative health practices through bloodwork, supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle.
