In addition to his work as a Crisis Communications and Reputation Management expert during high-profile engagements, Mr. Duncan also serves as an advisor to corporations, news & media outlets, professional sports franchises, and executive boards, providing strategic counsel to help navigate challenging business issues.
Before becoming one of the most sought-after experts in his field, Mr. Duncan served as the Manager of eCommerce for Trans World Airlines (TWA). While at TWA, Aaron helped coordinate a series of alliances that brought the company into online travel reservations, making it one of the first major players in the Internet-based travel industry.
Before joining TWA, Aaron served as the Director of Digital Production for Hasco International (First Foto), America’s largest provider of in-hospital infant portrait products and services. While at First Foto, Aaron coordinated the implementation of Web Nursery®, the World’s first online birth announcement service. The company grew exponentially when Aaron helped take the company from a traditional photo service company to a leader in eCommerce, transcending an entire industry.
Approximately 3.2 million of the 4.0 million babies born annually in North America are born in First Foto hospitals and offer parents the option to create a Web Nursery® profile for their newborn.
In 2006, Inc. Magazine recognized Aaron as one of the top entrepreneurs in the country under the age of 30. He is listed in Who’s Who in America and frequently participates in Global charity events.
