Francesca DeStefane is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Reliant Supply Group, bringing a sharp focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and global vision. A St. Louis native, Francesca earned her B.A. in Journalism and Communication (2015) and her MBA with an emphasis in Management (2017), both from Lindenwood University. While earning her master’s degree, she spearheaded a nationwide scholarship program supporting underprivileged students—particularly along the Texas/Mexico border—reflecting her passion for community impact and outreach.

Her career began in Healthcare Management at Reliant Care Management, where she quickly rose through the ranks from Administrator in Training to VP of Administration, overseeing 24 healthcare facilities across Missouri. In that role, Francesca was instrumental in connecting community and public administrators to improve care placement for psych residents statewide, while streamlining operations to boost efficiency and care standards.

Francesca’s international business experience has taken her across the globe, including to the Middle East, Venezuela, and Honduras, further strengthening her operational expertise and global business acumen.

In 2021, Francesca and her husband, Nick, co-founded Reliant Supply Group with the vision of delivering high-quality, reliable products to their healthcare facilities and partners around the world. Together, they now oversee six companies with Nick’s father, Rick, building a multi-generational legacy of excellence and trust.

Francesca lives in St. Louis with Nick and their two daughters, and continues to bring passion, integrity, and innovative leadership to everything she does—driving Reliant Supply Group’s mission forward every step of the way.
